Fees Earned as an Expert:  As an expert on the Site, You will be compensated in a division of the fees for any answer that is “accepted” by the asking customer.  There are four levels of payment, each successive level of payment higher until You reach Unrestricted Stage Four, the highest level of fee splitting available on Our Site. On occasion, unsolicited by Us but based solely upon the customer’s satisfaction of an answer supplied to them, they may elect to pay a “bonus” fee.  Bonus fees are impossible to predict as to how and when they will or will not occur.  As your Fee Split Level graduates, the bonus splitting level also increases.  The number of answers “accepted” by customers drives your ascendance into the next level.  We will notify You by e-mail when You have achieved the next highest Fee Splitting level.

How it Works.  A customer to the web site asks a question.  The question is posted to a list that is accessible by the various experts who have the opportunity to select the question if it happens to be within the scope of the expert’s expertise.  The expert researches the question and formulates an answer, posting it on the website.  The customer, at the customer’s own discretion, may choose to accept the answer and payment is received into the Company account.  The number of “accepted” answers that the expert has completed determines the level of fee split with the expert.  For example, if an expert has achieved level three status by having a minimum of 30 “accepts” by the customers, a fee of $30 will be split with the expert: $10.50 will be posted to the expert’s account and the balance of $19.50 belongs to the Site. Supposing that the customer was elated with the response and the expert saved the customer considerable expense—the repair worked—the customer adds a bonus within a few days after the answer was posted.  The bonus of $30 is then split with the expert:  $18 is posted to the expert’s account and $12 belongs to the Company.

An expert may transfer money earned through answering questions at a minimum level of $20.  If the expert has not removed all of his/her money by the first of the month, the Site will transfer all money on any account that has more than $20 in it within ten days of the first of the month, leaving each account with a zero balance.  Experts are encouraged to withdraw all sums from their account (it will not be closed if it maintains a zero balance, not to worry) once they accumulate $20 or more in their accounts.  All payments to experts are made in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for payment of any and all taxes on your portion of the fee splitting.
