How It Works

Here at Expert Car Advice you pick the level of service you need. From a basic diagram to talking with a technician/mechanic on the phone. Each level of service is built on the next so for example if you need step by step instructions you can get a diagram too. Or if you need diagnostic help you can get the step by step instructions and a diagram. When you choose a higher level of service you get the ones below it too as part of that service and only pay the fee for the higher level of service. Once you select the level you need simply ask your question and experience the benefits of Expert Car Advice.

If you choose tech talk make sure you put your phone number in when creating an account so an expert can call you. The way it works is you ask a question and your question will get sent to all the experts that are in the specific category. So if you are working on a Ford your question will go to all the Ford experts. Then after they read your question the expert that can help you will send you a reply letting you know how long the wait will be before getting a call. Typically this is less than 15 minutes and this way you don’t have to call and get put on hold waiting to talk to someone and you know the person calling can help rather than calling yourself and being put on hold and hoping the person who answers can help you.
